You should not have to call and beg to speak to someone about a pending case. Busy is one thing but these are people’s lives here. We are literally calling every day. We finally got a call back after a month and were told we would get an email with documents, and weeks later, still haven’t received it. We’ve emailed the same things several times only to be told to send it again. They are terribly unorganized. They have also sent emails to us addressed to my deceased father, whom the pending case is about (even after multiple times of being corrected), like come on get it together. Do you even know who your clients are? There is inconsistent client communication, for instance one person has no idea what we’ve told another person. Commercials claim personal connection and care. Not. The only bright spot in this firm is the receptionist Doris.
