In 2000, Tad McCraney and Steve Montagnet left their institutional law firms to form a boutique practice that would handle a wide range of civil litigation. The following year, Billy Quin departed a large New Orleans, Louisiana defense firm to return to Mississippi and establish a plaintiff's practice. In 2008, Tad, Steve and Billy merged their practices to form what is now McCraney Montagnet Quin & Noble PLLC.
