The service I received was phenomenal. Barbara Milan, Kimberly Warren and John Rios were very thorough with explaining the process and in helping me recover the necessary documents for my case. Erica Wilson was in constant communication with me through the entire process using the app and of course phone calls when needed which definitely helped, giving all the anxiety people go through in this process. Updating my review. I have just started working with them and have had someone call me a couple times and send paperwork to sign but I am giving 3 stars for now because I had to write a review to get someone's attention and get the ball rolling but I also still feel like the communication could be better. I haven't had anyone really explain the process or what they're doing on their end, what the status is. It's basically just been sign more paperwork. I want to have a good relationship with the attorneys I agreed to work with so I'm open to updating my review should the communication improve. But the fact that you reached out via email to ask that I update this rather than just call me to find out if there's any way you can improve my experience doesn't really help. I've been in limbo with all this and it would be nice to feel like my attorney genuinely has my best interest at heart and isn't just hoping to collect their paycheck.
