Easily one of the worst experiences I had with an Intellectual Property firm, or with a law firm. Absolute lack of basic professional and human courtesy in their approach. Boston has so many great IP firms, even more good ones, one wonder how this one can still be in operation at all. I would not choose them even if they worked for free!

Ablolute D list law firm. Damage control organization for garbage human beings like Wells Fargo. If you're lucky enough to have them as opposing counsel in litigation you can put your case on cruise control because you will win without even trying. Robotic pencil pushers with fancy stationery, great at filing pointless motions, sputtering imbesils in a courtroon
