Lisa represented my brother She accomplished the settlement goal at the lower end of what she stated. She also brought in another lawyer to negotiate the settlement without notifying us. She made promises to my brother that she never followed thru with. For example she told my brother she would like to invite him to her home in Cape Coral. It was all talk. Remind yourself she is your staff and you have hired her to accomplish a goal, but be strong to challenge her when she makes promises and make sure to have her provide a detailed plan for her approach to your lawsuit.
