After countless of failed attempts to obtain my advanced parole at multiple law offices I was finally able to successfully submit and her approved for my advance parole document. Paralegal Vilma Arias did a wonderful job at responding to my calls and emails ensuring that all my questions were answered and that we submitted a well prepared application. Richard is such a unique lawyer who I noticed very quickly is interested in his clients well being over collecting a check. His unique and fun personality made this process all that better. Giving 1 star because there's not 0 star.. This is worst service office I never been, You call and they never answer the phone and when they finally answer after 1 or 2 hours they say they will call you back (THAT NEVER HAPPEN) VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

I was initially hesitant to work with this team as there were some mixed reviews, however they were recommended by family and friends. I am so happy I listened to them! Angela Jaramillo has been absolutely amazing, she was professional, prompt, and most importantly delivered results. It is clear the team they have is of high quality. I wanted to like this place, but they just didn't satisfy me with my needs. My initial experience was positive, giving me hope that I had made the right choice. However, as time went by, I realized it wasn't going as expected. Firstly, they were incredibly slow to pick up calls. When my husband's case first got approved, I found out on my own rather than from the paralegal. Shockingly, the paralegal did not call to inform me until a week later. When they finally called, they were giggling and saying how they had been trying to contact me for the longest time but had the wrong number in their paperwork. How can you have something wrong after a year of contacting me? They then informed me that the next step was to bring a check for them and the paperwork for the immigration fees to start the second process. This was the final straw for me. I decided to continue with my husband's case on my own. My husband is now in the States, and I managed his case without the continuous help from this office. Adding to my frustration, they also had my address wrong. I usually do not like writing these types of reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience so that others do not go through the same ordeal. I truly wish I could get a refund, but I highly doubt that will happen. In conclusion, while the initial interactions were promising, the overall experience with this lawyer's office was disappointing and frustrating. I cannot recommend their services based on my experience.
