Kim Henderson is all about money !!! She preys on the fact that anyone going to a lawyer is in a desperately hard situation. She fought with me over my own case and somehow drained 3000 dollars in one weekend - then she would not let me be heard by the judge and sent our expert witness home. The dissomaster she wrote up favored the other party by only giving me 85 percent child custody and the ex 5 percent - my question is ... who had the kids the other 10 percent of the time. Which of course- lowered my kids child support. She never did seek attorney fees from the father who is a millionaire doctor in Sacramento. But continues to press us for a couple hundred dollars still owed. Not a good choice!
