I called David Smith to schedule a consultation and he asked me to give him a quick summary of my case before scheduling an appointment. It was a great call. He spent 10 minutes with me to give me an orientation on the area of law where my case falls. Even better, he suggested a better approach to solving my problem. What amazed me is that he asked me to call him back to review my correspondence with the company I wanted to sue. Its great that he is willing to give me a little of his time to help me help myself to solve a problem which probably doesn't need legal representation.

David was 2 1/2 hours late to our consultation and gave no heads up. Unprofessional. Edit to add: Upon submitting my review, we immediately got a call requesting we take it down. We also received an email. The email states what I did in my review: we had a consultation at 5, we called them at 6, he didn’t call back until 7:30pm. He was very quick to pester us about removing the review, but couldn’t be bothered to send an email or quick call to reschedule our appointment. For context, Erika is my mother, Josh is my husband. You can see he also states that the review needs to be removed to move forward with them. I would not trust this lawyer with your time or expect him to be honest.

Absolutely amazing guy, and very knowledgeable. He's a down to earth guy and doesn't bullshlt like most lawyers. Something to keep in mind, he is GOOD and manages a lot of clients so if he has a stand in because he's working on another high profile case don't get discourages and just leave a message with his front desk. He's helped me with with 3 different cases with completely different parameters because he is so knowledgeable in his field.
