Mellanie is by the the worse attorney I've ever dealt with. She has poor people skills and showed up 2.5hrs late to court. The only good thing that came from her was letting her go as my attorney. Save yourself the time and do not hire her. You'll regret it! Melanie is trash and obviously has issues that she has to respond years later.. I actually was not found to abuse my kids, you didn't even finish my case because I fired you... Get a life, you have way to much time on your hands

WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY!! Mellanie Marshall is NOT a good attorney to use. She doesn't listen to her client, she does what she wants to do in court and all at the expense of her client. She was hired to handle my child custody case and she (against my direction) went on record as my attorney in my divorce and child support. She gave wrong information to the court in my child support case and gave my ex wife all property uncontested in my divorce and cost me my childs custody. I sued Mellanie Marshall and WON and she fled Sacramento and still hasn't paid her debt. Make is right Mellanie, pay your debts and do your job as you're paid to. There's too many other good quality attorneys out there to waste your time, money AND FUTURE on this one.
