Would not recommend. I wish I represented myself. Waste of money. I had to clarify with the judge what I was asking for because Mr. Verillo just couldn’t understand after the multiple times explained. Very simple as well. The first family court call we had we had to reschedule because Mr Verillo was at a loss of words after we talked on the phone about our case and sat down together for 30 minutes before the meeting. Told the judge we needed more preparation time and a later date.the later date happens and I still had to clarify. Embarrassing and frustrating because I knew exactly what I wanted and explained multiple times but I thought an attorney would help me do it better then I could. I was very wrong. 1500.00 for nothing. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Please do yourself a favor a find a different law firm to represent you. This place has more hidden fees than Verizon Wireless. My matter was resolved in the summer but yet I still receive bills every other month with a different fee. Nice guy but complete waste of money.

Maurice Verrillo, is a great lawyer with a great work ethic. I found him to be one who is very honest and compassionate when it comes to understanding the needs of his clients ; he is also a man of great faith and moral compass . I would highly recommended Maurice to anyone who needs help maneuvering through the court system. He made a very stressful time in my life very relaxing for me. I didn’t have to worry about him leaving any loose ends un tied he was very thorough with everything he did concerning my case and was not afraid of hard work or putting in the time to do what it took to make my case successful!!!! , and successful we were. A good lawyer is hard to find these days and this guy is definitely a good lawyer, so if you need someone who specializes in family court or criminal law he’s your guy.You definitely won’t be sorry !!!!
