Luke is a great lawyer, I would definitely higher him again. I was hesitant at first because he was affordable and his office seemed unorganized. I was worried he wasn’t going to be aggressive enough because he is such a nice and laid back guy. The plaintiff (ex-wife) was out for blood. I was truly blown away when he started questioning her during her testimony. I had to hold back my laughter when she started getting angry because he was quickly showing everyone in the court room how ridiculous and absurd she is. He also went out of his way to help me with things that were completely unrelated to the case.

I don’t even know where to start, but I’ll start I had big criminal charges in Wilson county. I knew I was innocent but the thing was trying to prove I was, and I was all confused I didn’t even know where to turn I knew for sure I was going to jail. My first court appearance the Judge asked me did I have an attorney I told him no, so he gave me a date to come back with one. I started searching and I came across Mr. Willoughby and he set up a virtual call and he listened to me and my concerns nothing was a rush he made me feel comfortable like a family, he told me he would get me out this mess and he believed I was innocent also. He let me know the amount for the situation which was very reasonable compared to my charges I had. Mr. Willoughby got right on top of things didn’t waste no time. We went to court a couple time sometimes bad news, then we had to come back on different dates, but one thing in the beginning he told me I’m going to get you out of this. The day before our last court appearance he called me and asked me a couple questions about my background and told me he wouldn’t make me no promises but , “he thinks that he’s going to get this dismissed tomorrow”, and we look went to court while I was outside I told him I’m parking he told me ok he had good news. I had lost a friend that morning so I was unfocused and not myself at all. He seen me and he knew I was sad he hugged me and we talked. Sure enough it was good news. We went in and when the judge called my name he asked me is that what I wanted to do and and i replied yes, and he said case DISMISSED. 🙏🏽 Please don’t walk, run and get with Mr. Willoughby I swear he is the best to do this and he is all about you he’s going to represent you to the fullest. Thank you, so much Mr Willoughby s/o to you and your law firm I love you and you’re amazing, truly a blessing definitely would recommend 10/10 for sure!!!(sorry for the long post but I had to give 💐because they are needed here ☺️)
