All I can say is pray that if she is appointed GAL of your kid she likes you or is not snowed by the other side. She had her mind made up from the beginning and nothing could change her mind regardless what the other side said or did. I am told she is usually good but I'll tell you.... she got it so wrong in my case. My daughter told me today If there's a round 2 she wants a new GAL bc Jessica did not listen to her . She told me she could tell Jessica didn't like me and that when she would make it clear she was not bothered by stuff Jessica insisted was a trigger,she was not listened to. My 18 year old son was angry bc when he was called, she asked very specific questions that turned out to be whatever she needed to push her agenda and own opinions. Hands down the worst GAL I've ever experienced, and I work with them. Every single day. Am I bitter?! Absolutely. She got it wrong and my daughter will suffer bc of it.
