I knew Cynthia through a family members case. I decided to call her when I needed a lawyer after catching 3 charges. After some negotiation she was able to get 2 charges dropped. I only served 60 days in jail out of a proposed 1 year lock up or 2 years probation. Thanks to her do not have to worry about reporting to a probation officer or spending more time in lock up. Cynthia Mendoza was honest with me about every possible scenario, cared about how I wanted to proceed and gave good legal advice. The price was reasonable and she allowed me to make payments that fit my budget. I hope to not ever need a Criminal defense lawyer again but if I do I would hire Cynthia Mendoza again. So if you need a damn good lawyer that will fight for you. Cynthia Mendoza all the way!

Cynthia Mendoza is not a attorney for criminal defense. Ms. Mendoza is all go-getter but in the end she is all talk. I have filed a grievance with the state bar of Texas and with the District Attorney of Lubbock. She doesn’t want to give us the discovery file and was paid $5000.. Do not recommend her for attorney. She was on the case for 5 months and recluse herself from the case on 6 months. She is not a person of her word. She wanted 15,000 dollars. Be very careful and she has 3 star review, I wouldn’t even give her one star.
