I received a notice from USCIS sent to me in the U.S. mail last December that was due in 30 days (on January 3). I didn’t receive it for more than a week. Most attorneys were out of the office and unavailable because of the holiday. My attorney recommended Amy to me, and I did a consultation with her on December 19.
