They have always been curtious .professional & knowledgible since the very 1st visit some cases i never even went to court and the outcones have always been better than expected.though no business will please everyone this is as close as you will ever get. For the haters i would guess they wanted what was not possible. Also for top a Top notch law firm they are surprisingly affordable. Note u get what u pay for . So if ur having legal injury or criminal court issues id say do not use the lawfirms that mail thungs out to you. These firms are trying to establish themselves some may be ok but if youd like a better than average outcome or to win a law suit your at the right place call Schlosser & Pritchett. Any other call is a gamble.

So far Jan has been incredibly professional and experienced in cases. He was a little more than others but you’re paying for peace of mind. I will update when I get further insight on my case. Jan gave me updates throughout my case, he’s a fairly busy lawyer and while it was concerning at first when I met him in person for the very first time in court he set me aside and we talked about options face to face that were briefed during our phone call This is not necessarily a negative as my case was mostly an open and shut case but as soon as I finished talking to Jan I noticed firsthand how thoroughly he was persuading the DA to drop my case altogether. Years ago, I had a family member that had been charged with a violent felony crime ( a crime involving a weapon) * For confidentiality reasons, I will use the name “Daniel” as the name of my family member for the duration of my review * Because “Daniel’s” crime is classified as a Class E felony, we knew he needed a good criminal defense attorney. Through a recommendation, we were advised to call Schlosser and Pritchett for their great representation and legal expertise. Jan Pritchett became “Daniel’s” attorney. From the start of the initial consultation process, Jan was unprejudiced and objective. He attentively listened to “Daniel’s” side of the story and began tenaciously gathering all of the relevant information he would need to defend “Daniel”. Jan’s demeanor was very calming to what was a very frightening and stressful situation at the time. “Daniel”, through much thought, decided to take his case to trial. Closer to the trial date, Jan worked closely with “Daniel” in preparing him for trial. The trial itself lasted for two and a half days. On the last day of the trial, Jan came to court well-prepared with a tripod-style display easel and an easel pad. To help the jury recall witness testimonies from the two days prior, Jan had meticulously drawn a comparison chart to recount the many inconsistencies and contradictions made between the two main witnesses. Jan’s cross-examination questions for the witnesses were well thought out. “Daniel” was ultimately found guilty, however, it was to charges MUCH less serious (therefore less prison time) than the charges he was originally facing. “Daniel” ended up serving a little over two years in prison, but believe me…that was the best outcome compared to the amount of time that he could have spent locked up. I am forever grateful and appreciate of all of the diligence and hard work that Jan invested in “Daniel’s” defense. I truly believe that Jan Pritchett, through his dedication and utmost integrity and expertise, was able to get “Daniel” the best possible outcome at trial. If you or a family member are facing serious charges…or even charges that may not be so serious…I HIGHLY recommend Mr.Jan Pritchett.
