Kelly was the third attorney I talked with. I chose her on the same call as she was direct and had such a easy to talk to personality. I wasn't getting that 'click' with others I talked to. I had a child custody and support case which she and her wonderful assistant Jennifer were able to handle quickly and efficiently with as good as an outcome as I could have hoped. I only met her once and the rest of our correspondence was via email and phone calls. I found it far more efficient than having to take time off work to go to her office and didn't have to deal with snail mail either. Although for her services I would go into her office if need be. She is surprisingly (only because, well...lawyer) warm and helped put me at ease during a time when I was stressed and emotional. If you are unfortunate enough to have to retain a lawyer, go with the best and go with Kelly, she's worth every penny.

I've hired (and fired) many lawyers/firms in my career as a tech CEO and I have to say that Kelly and her small boutique firm is real standout. She and her crew work efficiently, I never feel like I'm being over-billed or nickled-and-dimed, she communicates well so I know exactly where my case is at all times, and her calendar and budget estimates were right on the money. Most attorneys will start off the conversation by telling you how great your case is, how the other side is being unreasonable, how you should stand up and fight this fight etc. all so they can rack up more hours. Kelly is no-nonsense, tells you right where you are, right where the law is, and what kind of outcome you can expect (based upon the actions available to the other side), and then she executes like a champ. This seems simple, but I have to say that most attorneys/firms I've worked with are rarely so upfront to begin with nor so capable in execution. I intend to never need a family practice attorney again, but if I do I will make a beeline straight for Kelly.

Kelly Chang is very efficient, experienced, and trustworthy. Her fee is fair. If you want to save your trip to her office, you can communicate with them with phone and email, and they will complete the paper work and file them nicely. Kelly is an excellent lawyer, and her team members are very nice and helpful too. Highly recommend.
