I was very disappointed with my consultation, with the attorney at Thomas & AssociatesI she was very nonchalant about my case at one point she stated she didn't care one way or the other if I retained Thomas & Associates. I felt more like a paycheck than a actual client, I received more compassion from the secretary than the attorney. Than I received a letter in the mail warning me that I only 15 days to retain your law firm, which I felt was more of a money thing instead of having my best interest in mind. I've retained an attorney already who was more expensive but this law firm made me feel they truly cared about my case and not just money...

From the beginning of this stressful time, I felt like I was being spoken to in a very demeaning way. The repossession company that took my truck , damaged the drivers airbag and Ms. Thomas could not do anything to help me. Her daughter, who I met with initially, told me about how they help people with this exact situation, i.e. repo companies damaging vehicles. NO, THEY DO NOT. The check garnishments do not leave me any money to pay bills. When I added my debt up it totals about $36,000 but after this five year "plan", they will have collected over $50,000 from me plus 3 years of income tax returns. Great start to a new year, hope I don't die from a malfunctioning airbag in my vehicle.
