L. Kevin Levine, a native of Huntington, West Virginia, engages in a practice concentrated in entertainment, copyright, trademark, and business law. Kevin has represented diverse clients both in and outside the "limelight," including musical artists, songwriters, producers, record labels, music publishers, filmmakers, visual artists, literary authors, personal managers, business managers, and other individuals and businesses in a variety of industries. Helping creative entrepreneurs build and expand their brands is one of the most fulfilling aspects of Kevin's work. Kevin graduated magna cum laude with a B.B.A. degree in Marketing from Marshall University in 1993 and also received his M.B.A. degree from Marshall University in 1996. Before law school, Kevin was a member of the West Virginia, Kentucky, and Ohio business communities. He then attended the West Virginia University College of Law, from which he received his J.D. degree in May of 2002. Kevin also holds a Specialist Certificate in Music Business from the Berklee College of Music extension school.
