Called two times after filling out an online submission. - That's 3 attempts at engaging this firm. I spoke with Debbie twice whom was very pleasant. The second call, I explained the nature of my request and that if the attorney wasn't interested, to please call me back and let me know. That was over a week ago. They never attempted to call me back after any of my attempts at calling. Overall, very inconsiderate. My time as a professional is just as important as this attorney's time. I make sure all my clients get a response. I was very amenable to the situation and understood the case may lack appeal. It's no reason to ghost somebody. I would have given 1 star, but Debbie was nice enough to speak with.
