DO NOT USE THIS FIRM if you want your estate case to be resolved before 16 months! That is how long it took considering I paid them over $7000 for a simple (I thought) situation. One attorney QUIT on me, left the firm, no notice, no letter, NOTHING! No one contacted me- I had to get very angry with the firm and demand someone contact me. These folks do not care about their clients. I feel sorry for anyone who chooses this firm to handle your legal issues. Wish I had done much more research! The attorney who took over after Jillian Camp was Allie Bushelli and she actually got my case resolved and replied to my questions. I would give her a "4" for review, but for CAMP- you don't deserve to retain your law license for what you did to me! Had I known what I was in for- I would have let his estate alone and let the STATE claim everything. Wasn't worth the stress and agony of so much expense, travel time, multitudes of mistakes, and so on!

I DO NOT recommend! I paid $200 for a consult with Benjamin Putnam and was given terrible advice. I came in for a consultation and he misguided me actually leading me to believe I was better off dismissing the case unless I wanted to pay them a $5,000 retainer. When I questioned why the retainer needed to be so high since it would likely not take much of his time, he stated that there was a high probability is was going to actually cost more than the $5,000 retainer which did not make sense to me. I called another local attorney with a small private practice and she was able to handle this matter appropriately with only a $1000 retainer. She was able to settle the issue very quickly that ended with me paying her $350 and getting the remainder of the $1000 retainer back plus what I was owed from the defendant.
