I am so happy to be writing this review that John got my case dropped essentially! I have been going to court for over three years for a DUI and yes it was very tedious taking off work and going back to court every few months but it was no fault of our own wake county is just painfully slow at getting things done…anyways he was positive the whole time and made me feel confident it was worth the battle to keep showing up and keep wanting to try to fight it and it FINALLY paid off! I honestly hope I don’t have to use his services again (no more getting in trouble for me in the future lol) but I will absolutely recommend him 10/10!

I am so appalled when reading these reviews. Because I had retained this law firm and had not the best experience with them. I've been trying to get my case resolved and Nobody has gotten back with me as far as my case goes and I paid in full. I try to stay in communication with this lawfirm and I get no response not even a call back. I have been trying to handle my legal situation since 2021 and it's 2024. The only response I recieve is that they are handling a murder case which has nothing to do with me or my situation. This is not a lawfirm I would recommend to anyone based on my own experience with them. It is unprofessional to have me drive all the way to Raleigh to handle a case to have not only me wait for John Mcwilliams but the judge and the D.A.. The judge even waited an extra 5-10 minutes for him to return to the courtroom even called over the radio and he was gone. I even messaged the available numbers I had for this lawfirm to understand what's going on and gotten no response.. If I could give 0 stars I would and if I could post the messages to show the lack of communication I had received from this lawfirm I would. Never again.
