I can’t recommend John enough. If you’re on the fence, just hire him. I had a reckless driving and speeding citation, and he got me the BEST deal I think I could have asked for. He and Jessica, who also works in the office, were incredibly communicative, set reasonable expectations, gave clear instructions about what was required from me when it came to my court date, and went ABOVE AND BEYOND. I reached out on short notice (don’t do that though) after having issues with a PREVIOUS lawyer unaffiliated with Mr. Fitzgerald, and he saved the day. I’m not exaggerating. I am so grateful to him and his team. Hopefully I never need his services again, but if I ever run into a legal snag again, he will be my first call. He’s genuinely an amazing lawyer.

Mr. Fitzgerald is an excellent attorney who cares about his clients and getting the best possible outcome for them. I received multiple tickets, and due to Covid and other delays by the prosecution my case took two years to be heard. Mr. Fitzgerald was an excellent attorney to have hired. We needed legal counsel a year ahead and hired a renowned Law Office in Winston-Salem to help us navigate the law and penal systems as well as the resulting sentence. When we decided to hire Mr. Fitzgerald, we had only read a few reviews but were comfortable with his expertise. What a wonderful surprise. He stayed on top of the things we needed to prepare for and was always readily available to answer any questions.
