As a bilingual attorney with deep ties in the Latinx community in Chapel Hill and Carrboro, North Carolina, Jennifer Galassi has earned a reputation for being honest and trustworthy. She grew up in Chapel Hill, attended the University of North Carolina for both undergrad and law school, and began practicing law after becoming licensed in 2004.
Jennifer established Bufete JurÃdico in 2012 with the goal of assisting as many young people as possible to obtain deferred action and work permits under the Obama-era program, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals. Motivated by her personal experience with the immigration process, Jennifer expanded her practice to offer additional services to assist families navigate their journey to obtain residency and citizenship for their loved ones. Jennifer considers it truly an honor to help individuals overcome the limitations placed on them by resolving their immigration difficulties!
