Recently used Jeff's services. Was in a jam. Co signed for a friend on a lease to a place I never lived at. The lease finished. I gave 3 months warning I wasn't renewing. The lease went to a month to month that the landlord wouldn't remove me from. Ended up getting a wrongful eviction on my record because of it. Jeff was able to get that judgement turned and fixed for me quickly. The price was fair as well! Jeff is awesome! Thanks! 👍🏻👍🏻 I'd definitely use him again if I ever had something else come up.
