I’m convinced that Jason Wilson is the best criminal defense attorney in Asheville. Great communicator, intelligent, compassionate, funny, personable, and does his job exceptionally well. I was having a really hard time finding an attorney that would take on probation violations. After weeks of calling other attorneys in Asheville, I eventually was recommended Jason Wilson. I am so thankful for that. Jason was so easy to work with, took the time to hear me out, always responded to my calls/texts/emails quickly (even right after Hurricane Helene!), and really fought for me. He made what felt like the impossible possible with my case. He delivered 100%. I will forever be grateful that I can put that chapter behind me now and move forward in life, and that is largely thanks to Jason Wilson. I really can’t recommend him enough.

BEWARE! This clown only lifted one finger re my case... To collect his check! He didn't appear in court. I negotiated mediation efforts myself. I did mediation without being able to get any advice from Jason. When I went back to court there was still no sight of Jason Wilson. I handled everything to get it thrown out after mediation. He did not even communicate with me throughout the process or at the end of the process. He may have used to have been good, but I think he has gotten lazy and he does not seem to do his job. Total waste of thousands of dollars!

First: this is an unsolicited review. Jason Wilson is THE attorney you want in your corner If you've had a scrape with the law, period. He handled an incredibly complex and sensitive matter on my behalf and was a consummate professional throughout the entire course of events. Jason was the fastest to respond among the five attorneys I contacted after my arrest and went out of his way to meet me in person in the courthouse at my first hearing even before I'd formally engaged his counsel. That "extra effort" was only the first of many indications that I'd found the most capable, dedicated legal counsel available to me. While very frank with me about the seriousness of my charge, Jason was also keenly empathetic to the devastating emotional and practical impacts I suffered as a defendant in a criminal matter. Should you engage Jason as your attorney, simply follow his lead, respond promptly to any requests he makes of you for information and evidence - and then just let him do his job - he is *very* good at what he does. Jason delivered the best possible resolution that could be achieved in my case. If you are facing a criminal charge, I commend Jason Wilson to you without reservation. You'll be in the best possible hands.

Jason simply put is the best of the best at what he does. As many of the countless reviews state jason took a complex legal case and simplified it and guided me though it step by step. Jason is a man of high character and he practices law with the highest level of class and dignity. What you will get in hiring Jason is a level of the true human approach that I have grown to be so thankful for. Jason always treated me like a person and saw too it that I be put at ease by his efforts. Jason is so much more then an attorney and I am proud to call this man my friend. Any person retaining Jason in the number of laws he practices will be amazed at his approach and be lucky to have him in their corner.
