Rick Yandle has over 20 years experience providing specialized tax and accounting services, including “Big Eight” experience with the former Ernst & Whinney accounting firm and international experience with overseas projects in Central America and North Africa. Rick now provides tax controversy, tax litigation, and IRS criminal investigation defense services to firms and individuals nationwide. Rick is authorized to practice before the IRS, and is admitted to the United States Tax Court and U.S Court of Federal Claims. Rick is also admitted to the State Bars of California and North Carolina, and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of California, Western District of North Carolina, and Middle District of North Carolina.
