James B. Tuttle, the firm’s principal attorney, has been litigating commercial and personal injury cases in the New York and Federal courts since 1976. In those 40 years, he has successfully handled hundreds, if not thousands, of cases from the inception of the case through the final appeal. The experience he has gained in doing so helps us get consistently good results for our clients.
We limit our practice to those areas we know thoroughly and in which we have had success in the past. Our primary areas of practice include all types of personal injury and commercial litigation.
