I appreciate John’s services. The lack of communication was very daunting when it came to the almost 5 years it took to resolve. I wasn't kept updated hardly at all and when i called i wouldn't receive calls back. I felt like i was at the bottom of the list in priority or not even acknowledged most of the time.
