I recently had a very disappointing experience with HLB. From the beginning, I felt they treated me with a lack of respect. The attorneys—particularly Tina Frazier Pace—and the staff I interacted with seemed dismissive of my concerns, and at times, I was even spoken to in a condescending manner. Worse still, I encountered multiple situations where I believe the firm was dishonest about their actions or the status of my case. Whenever I asked direct questions about progress, I was given vague answers that later turned out to be misleading. This made me question the integrity of their practice. Overall, I felt that HLB did not have my best interests at heart, and some of their promises appeared to be nothing more than empty words.
