Brooklyn Bumpus Is a horrible intake coordinator ! Such a Horrible company. You never even heard my case you just told me you would get back with me and you never did so that’s completely a lie. I never once told you any information about the injury my son received. How about next time you don’t be so lazy and do your job. This company randomly emails me and tells me that we won’t be able to represent you after reading over the information of your case but what they don’t realize is they never got any information about my case they told me that they would set up With me to get information which they never called and then they just randomly sent an automated message about how I’m not a good fit. ? You never even once took any information. I own 3 companies and the intake coordinator should be ashamed that she never once even took any info about potential case. Absolutely pathetic law firm.
