Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience We had a very disappointing experience with David Griffith. From the moment we met him, it was clear he had no interest in helping us. He repeatedly asked the same questions, seemingly hoping for different answers, which made us feel like he didn’t trust us. If anyone’s trust should be questioned, it’s ours for him, as we were the ones seeking legal advice and guidance. Even after providing all the documentation he requested—official documents created and filed by the county court—his demeanor and facial expressions made it seem like he doubted their legitimacy. When we asked questions to better understand the state's probate process, his responses were short and unhelpful. If we didn’t understand his answers and tried to rephrase our questions, he would get visibly frustrated. Instead of clarifying or working with us to ensure we understood, he abruptly told us he wasn’t taking the case because we didn’t understand his initial explanation. This behavior felt childish and petty, especially considering the legal profession is built on helping clients navigate complex processes. Initially, we asked if we could handle the consultation over the phone or via video since we live several hours away, but he insisted on an in-person meeting. Once we arrived, he seemed reluctant to take on our case. It felt as though his reluctance was rooted in prejudice, as if he wanted to base his decision on what we looked like than the facts of the case. It felt as though he was searching for any reason to refuse our case. This attorney is short-tempered and unprofessional. If someone whose job is to provide legal guidance and represent others cannot remain patient with clients who clearly don’t practice law and need clarification, then they are either in the wrong career or need to retire. We would not recommend this attorney to anyone seeking genuine support and professionalism.

I don't believe he could've stayed in business as long as he has with the level of negligence and incompetence I witnessed. Whether it be an easy, open and shut case, or a complex and difficult case, a lawyer should not take on either if he or she has zero intentions on putting out any effort whatsoever to win . Keep searching for a lawyer with the integrity and the zeal to fight for what is right because you won't find that here, but it will cost you as if you had.

David Griffith is truly the best: tough, smart, and efficient but also caring and supportive. If you need an attorney, regardless if it's a tough or simple case, you definitely need to look no further. David will shoot straight and take great care of you.

Helped me out with legal problems that other lawyers in town were either afraid of or not able to handle. Don't know what I would have done without Griffith Law Firm to get things straightened out with my situation. Very easy to talk to and very understanding people, the first and only law firm I ever recommend to friends and family.
