Attorney Paul Grieco has over 30 years of litigation experience and a track record of getting clients the results they need. He is a Past President of the Ohio Association for Justice (OAJ) and a former, long standing trustee of the Cleveland Academy of Trial Attorneys (CATA). Grieco has been called on to testify before the Ohio Legislature on critical issues of access to justice. Grieco is recognized as an Ohio Super Lawyer, has a Martindale Hubbel AV Preeminent Rating in legal ability and ethical standards as reviewed by his peers and the judiciary, and has been selected as one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in Ohio by the National Trial Lawyers. He was the recipient of the Garretson Courage Award in 2014 for representation of the interest of 11 young children who were victims of abuse and neglect while in the foster care adoptive system and recently obtained a multimillion-dollar wrongful death settlement against county social workers and day care workers for failing to protect a child.
