If there were ever a prime example of how a law office can completely mishandle a client's case, it's Gardner Gordan. My experience with them has been so profoundly disappointing that I feel compelled to share my story to save others from the same ordeal. My first indication that something was amiss was when it took months for them to even begin working on my paperwork. months of unexplained delays. But that's just the tip of the iceberg. Gigi, the elusive figurehead of this establishment, has proven herself to be the master of disappearing acts. Attempting to reach her is like chasing shadows. Phone calls go unanswered, emails are ignored, and the only consistency is her absence. It's remarkable how someone can be so perpetually unavailable when clients are desperately seeking answers. Adding insult to injury, Gardner Gordan's sheer audacity to not only fail to deliver on their promises but also refuse to issue a refund for their incompetence is truly astonishing. This was requested before they even began to do any work. It's clear they care more about their bottom line than the satisfaction and well-being of the clients who trusted them. And let's not forget the classic bait-and-switch maneuver orchestrated by Gigi herself. She had the audacity to assure me that my application would be expedited free of charge, only to pivot later and demand an astronomical extra fee of $2500. Such blatant and deceitful behavior reeks of unscrupulous intentions. There is one bright spot in this firm and that is Paralegal Brenda. She has been the sole person to help and seems to always be available. If I didn't know any better I would have assumed it was her name on the practice and not Gigi. In sum, Gardner Gordan has proven to be an exercise in frustration and unprofessionalism. The lack of communication, the indifference to clients' needs, and the disregard for transparency have left me deeply disheartened. It's my sincere hope that others will read this review and think twice before entrusting their legal matters to a firm that has demonstrated such a staggering lack of integrity. Avoid Gardner Gordan like the plague. Your time, money, and sanity deserve better than what they have to offer.

They are literally the best immigration lawyers. Very nice and extremely helpful, they stay on top of everything. They ensured I didn't miss anything, and as a result, I submitted my application and obtained my green card in less than a year.

Basically unreachable. I would get emails a week later and zero call backs. 350$ just for a consultation to tell us mostly things we already know and then for an exuberant price of 8k fee for the process. We found a lawyer that went to NYU for 3k. This new person was giving us correct information vs the incorrect information received from this office. If you have five years experience and the whole process takes two years you have no experience. Seek somewhere else please. Quote “ I enjoy helping people” was uttered by someone from this law office. I don’t know who their helping if they charge 8k. It would be nice if we could get our data deleted off their database also and again no response.

I was searching for a legal representation re my citizenship on line and Gardner Law was my third call and eventually chose them because their consultation fees are cheaper and the positive reviews on google. And boy I am glad I have decided to embarked with them. After the first consultation with Nam I knew off bat she is the right knowledgable, straight shooter, courteous and polite person I would like to work with. The staff are also wonderful, helpful and responsive to my needs. I was also actually surprise how fast the turn around of processing of my papers as well, at least in my case, it took around 3 months, and this was during the turbulent time of immigration with the trump era. I can confidently say and recommend a 100% that this is the practice you should go to when you need help on your immigration needs, also look for Nam as your representative, she will not fail you.
