I had and auto accident claim where I was the plaintiff. John Barker represented me from Gallant and Ervin. He was patient, understanding, informative, and concerned I would get the most I can from my case. The defendants insurance company was Liberty Mutual who is not an easy insurance company to settle a fair amount of money for. I didn't have a good experience, I signed a contract with John Barker to try to recover the money that a court decision says I have to receive, but the person moved from New Hampshire to Florida, so he told me to look for someone in Florida, we just exchanged some emails and I was forced to pay 300$, the payment was done more than a week ago, and not even the papers I sent him I got them back, my damage got bigger, I thought if nothing was I decided I wouldn't have to pay, but I was naive and signed a contract that didn't give me any benefits. One more lesson in my life, I practically had to use the week's paycheck to honor this contract I signed. I lost hope in justice and people.
