Tim represented me on a dependency case and went above and beyond for me and my family. The case was dismissed and I have Time to thank for that. He was always available by e-mail if I ever had any questions. I have never had any issues with him or his staff. They have always treated me and my family with the utmost respect and have gone well above and beyond for me. I do not trust many lawyers because I feel they are there for a quick dollar and treat their clients like case numbers. That is definitely not Tim. He treats all of his clients like they matter and does what he can to ensure their freedom and makes sure their rights are intact. Thank you so much Tim for being there for us in a time of need. Not impressed with Tim & his team. After our phone consult, he made it sound like we would be moving forward with our case. We tried getting ahold of him for weeks and his staff told us each time they had sent him emails regarding our case, and they had not heard back from Tim about what we need to do next. Finally his secretary was able to set up a phone call between us and Tim to finalize the details of our case and what the next steps moving forward would be, two weeks out. When the date comes around we called the office and were told Tim was out of the office and we would need to reschedule our meeting.. Wish he would’ve communicated that he didn’t have the time for us rather than keep us waiting for over a month only to let us down!

Tim and his "team" invests the time and effort into your case always looking out for your best interests the entire way!!!! Know one likes lawyers and attorneys but Tim is not that guy! It was a pleasure working with Dillon Duxbury on an unfortunate case that my 16-year-old son found himself involved in. Dillon was upfront with us, did not over promise and was quick to respond to my many questions and requests. He is a competent and compassionate defense attorney and I would highly recommend his services. While I hope I never need to hire him again, he is definitely where I would start if I found myself needing a defense attorney. Definitely 5 stars for him and his firm.

I started out by asking about terminating my probation early on AVVO with the intent to hire one of the attorneys who responded to me. Mr. Felling was one of three attorneys who responded to my request for help, and I chose to schedule a consultation with him because he was the only one who offered one for free. From that fact alone, I could tell Mr. Felling really cares a lot about the concerns of his clients. After explaining my situation I knew he would go the extra mile in trying to help me get my probation terminated early in order to improve my chances of having job opportunities that my probation was holding me back from obtaining/maintaining. His assistant, Sara, was delightful and very quick to respond to emails too. The District Attorney objected to my motion for early termination; in Linn County, terminating probation early when that's the case is very difficult. Mind you, I have a very unique and extraordinary set of circumstances that caused probation to be excessively harsh. One of those circumstances was very embarrassing and personal for me. I did not want anything about it to be said out loud in court because of that. Mr. Felling went the extra mile again. He asked to go into the judge's chambers before my hearing with the district attorney to privately share the sensitive information with the judge. With Mr. Felling at my side, I beat the odds and my motion was granted. I highly recommend him if you want an attorney who really cares about you and will go the extra mile.
