Mr. Hunter Jackson represented me last year and he was respectful, patient, professional and I was satisfied with the outcome. However, communication wasn't his strongest skill. I had to contact his office multiple times because he did not keep me updated and always waited until the very last minute to give me any information. Many people don't know what to expect and are already generally uneasy about court so it doesn't help to keep your clients in the dark by not keeping them informed. Mr. Jackson wasn't the first attorney I had and my other attorney automatically kept me updated without me even asking. So this is an area he could use some improvement on.
