Terrible. Katie Sabo is useless. Gave us a business card with the wrong address on it for us to send a check to 2 weeks ago. Sent a check and after wasting 2 weeks of our time we got a letter today that they can't help us. Would have been decent offer them to let us know 2 weeks ago. I wish I could Bill them $350 an hour for wasting my time. Would not ever hire them to do anything

My family and I hired Dingeman and Dancer (Katie Sabo) to form a business for us. After 5 months with almost no progress we finally had enough and had to hire another law firm. What we received for our “investment” was an incomplete operating agreement, which we are now paying a different law firm to fix!!! We could not be more disappointed with the outcome! We have lost potentially thousands of dollars in sales and have now lost an investor, because of their preventable delays. We were either delayed on purpose for some unknown reason or this firm is simply not capable of what should have been a simple task for a lawyer charging over $300/hr. Please read my other reviews and you will see most are positive...it doesn't feel good writing negative reviews!

My experience was with Katie J. Sabo regarding a solution for a legal issue for which I found no solution. Within 15minutes she explained 3 solutions to my problem. I asked which she would choose if it were her problem. She chose the easiest and least expensive of the three. She could have just as easily shown me only one, the most expensive of the 3. She did this without hesitation and speaks well of her honesty and integrity and it would follow that the firm is like minded
