I was selected to participate in a focus group for a potential civil suit by a client of Derrick Law Firm. From the time I arrived at the offices, I found the entire staff to be welcoming and appreciative of my participation, even though we were compensated for our time. I was an interesting experience to listen to lawyers present their cases for both sides of the litigation. After deliberating we were asked questions by the firms lawyers to gain further insight into our opinions of the case. I was a great experience and I would not hesitate to attend another focus group if asked.

Mike Ellis took on the case and did a fantastic job! Mike kept both me and my son involved in every part of the case, keeping us updated on a monthly base. In the end, Mike got us more than we could have asked for! During our first case, my son was involved in another accident, which we had Mike handled for us as well.
