I am deeply disappointed in Lauren and her team’s professionalism. I am in year 2 of my uncontested Divorce with my Husband who originally hired her to expedite our divorce. Early in the divorce I knew it was best I hire my own attorney for support as we navigate this process. We, my Husband and my legal team, were clear in communicating our expectations and goals from the beginning, 2021; Both eager to move on in our lives as amicably as possible under the circumstance. The continuous setbacks as become concerning. As of Today, my husband and I have agreed on a settlement that’s best for our Young Children and selves. We’ve signed the documents starting with the first signature on September 21,2023. 5 weeks later we are waiting for a response from Lauren on scheduling with an Orange County judge. This is wildly unacceptable. If you or someone you know is interested in hiring Lauren Brusca or her legal team, avoid them like the plague. If you dare accept this level of treatment, expect compounding legal fees from phone calls and e-mails asking if she read an email, answered calls from opposing counsel, active phone calls with counsel without any preparations leading to more headache. I hope by using my freedoms no one else will experience this level of service from a hired attorney.
