Spent 4 thousand dollars over the course of several months to be spoken to very unprofessional. Do not hire unless you want to be threatened for your counsel to be withdrawn multiple times. Also 300 dollars an hour to be spoken to that way is insane. During the course of our case, we reached out to our lawyers office but our lawyers paralegal answered the phone and was very unhelpful. We asked for Taylor to kindly give us a call back.. keep in mind kindly. We received that call from her within hours and was met with hostility. Our lawyer also refused to pull that call where her paralegal was rude to us and defitley let us know that her paralegal had worked for her firm for years and she believes her and would be happy to withdrawl if needed. When my wife and I went to defend ourselves that no one was rude to anyoneand her paralegal obviously had a miscommunication, Taylor abrutly cut us off threatned to withdrawl as our legal counsel and said if you and your husband want to keep chirping in the background it seems our relationship has diminshed at this time and id be happy to withdrawl. EXCUSE ME!? My wife and I were told during the process of our case that if we wanted to continue chirping then she would be more than happy to withdraw. That is not how you conduct your self with professionalism to your client. 1 star

PLEASE READ THE FULL REVIEW!! EXPECT to be QUICKLY GIVEN UP ON, BELITTLED, hung up in your face while trying to speak, disrespected, and put back on you, as a paying client, that’s the cause. Why would anyone in their right mind be disrespect to someone who you are paying to help them. They Do NOT care about your NEEDS/case. I have NEVER been ugly or rude and paid the retainer of 4 thousand dollars upfront along with the consult fee. Fees are fees. Within 4 months this is one of the in counters I experience below. This is the statement, I sent my lawyer. No sign of remorse or an apology but sure happy to glad to leave my case. “I want to start by saying that I have never spoken negatively about you to anyone. I am aware of the drafts you’ve worked on for me and the dates we agreed upon, and I still stand by those dates. I also understand the unpredictable nature of court proceedings and the billing associated with them. My concern, however, has always been about resolving the matter within the agreed time frame, and I value your thoughts on that. I’m not a lawyer, and some aspects of this case was/ are still unclear to me, so I simply ask for clarity when needed. While it is a blessing for you to see your children every day, I have not had that same privilege for almost four years, due to circumstances beyond my control. The emotional toll of being separated from my children can be overwhelming at times, and I just wanted to express the gravity of this situation. I know you are not a therapist, as you've mentioned before several times, but I felt it was important to share my perspective. The phrase “I’m prepared to take action if necessary” was meant positively, as a request for advice and a way to express my readiness to take action against my mother, not as a comment directed at you. Unfortunately, during a past phone call, I left feeling dismissed when my side of the story wasn’t heard, even after requesting the recorded line to be pulled. Got told that isn’t a thing at the offices. The tone and way I was spoken to in that conversation left me unsettled, especially coming from someone I have trusted, respected and paid to represent me. I moved past it initially, thinking the situation would improve. It was also deeply upsetting to hear comments within the same phone call about my husband and mother-in-law. I have given them permission to ask questions on my behalf, and they are a vital part of this case. To speak about them in such a manner is not only disrespectful but unacceptable to me. I will not tolerate anyone speaking about or to my family this way, especially when they have been my greatest supporters. I am uncertain why I, as your client, am being perceived as threatening or difficult when all I am seeking is advice and clarity. You’ve mentioned several times that you may withdraw as my attorney, which has led me to question whether you still wish to represent me. It feels as though this relationship has become increasingly hostile, making it difficult for me to seek guidance or provide information without fear of being spoken to condescendingly. I can no longer live in fear of being belittled or mistreated by my attorney, especially when it concerns the two most important people in my life—my children. I’ve spent over $10,000 on this case in the last four years and I am not giving up, but I can no longer continue under these circumstances. Therefore, I am requesting that you terminate your services as my attorney.

Working with this group was a horrible experience. There was a constant lack of communication and forgetfulness from them. David Broderick repeatedly forgot what we had talked about in meetings and relied and his daughter to communicate. His daughter was completely unprofessional and not respected/disregarded by her peers in the warren county area which made it difficult to get things done. They made it seem like a hassle if you asked them to do anything other than the VERY bare minimum. I thought this may have been typical until I started working with my new team who has gone above and beyond. STEER CLEAR OF THIS GROUP

David, Brady and staff are all top notch. Their time management skills are truly the best of any attorneys office I've ever dealt with.

Mrs. R. Taylor Broderick has been working with me on two cases for about six months now. I am more than pleased with her work. She commands the court room and makes me feel well taken care of. I had no knowledge of this firm when I needed a lawyer. She came highly recommended from another attorney who couldn't take my case at the time. She was a God send and everything I didn't know I needed. Thank you Mrs. Broderick for everything.
