If you are a mom and you are fighting for your kids, please do not hire this law firm!! Do not work with this Mrs Biebas. I’ve had a horrible custody battle and her and her team will not fight for you. My divorce and custody agreement was closed October 2023. And before it was closed, my ex-husband was abusing my kids and I asked Miss Biebas if we could try to fight harder for better rights, she told me she will not fight and I need to come back in one year to modify. I signed a document that I should not have signed and I hired an attorney that I should not have hired. Since October 2023, my kids have cried to psychiatrist doctors and CPS workers that my ex-husband has been touching them and physically abusing them, so when I reach back out to Mrs Biebas, she said that there was nothing she could do until it has been one year since the divorce. It made no sense to me that she was making me wait one year when my kids need help right now. So I reached out to another attorney to see if he could help but he ended up being just as bad. I reached out again to Miss Biebas to see if she could help me since she told me to wait a year and it’s already been a year, but out of pettiness since I decided to reach out to another lawyer, they are refusing to help. I only asked for help from another lawyer because my kids needed help immediately and Mrs Biebas was not willing to help. Save your money and any mom’s out there please do not hire this attorney. And for the sake of your kids, please find another lawyer.

I highly recommend this law office for divorces/family law. Kacie Biebas was my attorney and she (and everyone in the office) was wonderful. Even though my case was a rough one, she stuck with me the entire time and didn't charge me an arm and a leg like my last lawyer did. She was very nice, helpful, she got things done in a timely manner, you could understand her explanations to you as to what is going on and the process it is going to take to get to the next step.
