Benjamin Lusskin Esq is a great PIP attorney, helpful, understanding and works very hard to get the settlement you deserve. He doesn't nickle and dime you with petty expenses like stamps, phone calls, records etc etc like many other PIP (Personal Injury Attorneys" do, the amount he charges is laid out before you sign with him and he keeps his word. He is also a very good negotiator, the amounts the hospitals, Doctors, Rehab's and testing places are overly bloated but he can negotiate much lower payments, he is always available to speak with and answers all of your questions so you can understand, not technical legalize. Imo and anyone that's hired him is unhappy they did, at least not anyone that I know. I know this sounds cliche or biased but I assure you it's not, he is just a good attorney with an outstanding work ethic.
