Malcolm Barlow was born and raised in Manchester. He attended public schools and then went on to the University of Connecticut School of Law. Barlow Attorney at Law has given workshops on Medicaid, estate planning, will contests and law care agreements. He was Manchester's Assistant Town Attorney, a member of Manchester’s Board of Education, and legal counsel to the Housing Authority of the Town of Manchester. Since 2004, he has been President of the Manchester Land Conservation Trust. He is deeply committed to his local community and enjoys meeting its legal needs.
