I have waited 23 years to write this review. Back in 1999, I contacted Ms. Araneda to help me apply for my OPT visa as I was coming out of grad school with F-1 visa status. Ms Araneda met me outside the building took my application and never followed up. Yes, the meeting was literally outside a building. I had to call her again and again to push the work so that we will not miss the deadline. It also seemed like I was bothering her when I called to follow up. I remember paying thousands of dollars back in the day that I saved from my stipend. I finally got my OPT but never got the service or attention my case warranted. Things may have changed now but that experience left bitter taste in my mouth.
