So I had a case back in 2006, that popped back up today 2024. So mind you I was 19 when this happened and i obviously wasn’t responsible and keeping any important paperwork. Needless to say a job opportunity was handing on the line for this paperwork, I couldn’t remember the attorney I had used, so I just started calling all the criminal attorneys in Stillwater, to see if they had my file still, the first one I called didn’t keep files past 5 years, which is madness. I then called Mr. Luke Anthony just to ask if by chance he still had any cases for 2006, he told me he didn’t open the practice till 2007. I was about to hang up and he told me not to hang up and tell him what I’m needing and maybe he could help me. So he beings with the lawyer talk and as we are talking, I guess he is just looking through the system to see what he can find. Long story short he was actually the attorney who handled my expungement in 2012/2013 and thank goodness he holds on to all his files, because he was able to send me what I needed and he also sent me an updated record. Hands down customer service was A1 and I’m glad he took the time to ask what I needed, instead of allowing me to just get off the phone.
