Before I detail the horrific, displeasing, experience my parents encountered, I want to first acknowledge the photo of the receipt for the services my parents paid for. As seen in previous reviews, Anthony Fatemi tends to gaslight poor reviews by accusing them of not utilizing their services, so we want to make clear that we actually paid for services that weren’t rendered. My parents visited Fatemi in pursuit of having him potentially represent my father for his naturalization case. From the onset, the experience was inundating, exhausting, and humiliating. My parents were under the impression that they would be meeting directly with Fatemi, but Vania ended up helping them. My father was recommended to first renew his green card then proceed with the naturalization application, which was a tad counterintuitive since a resident's green card is automatically extended upon initiating naturalization, so this was just a deceptive scheme to drain their finances and catalyze an incremental for their benefit. Vania then used fear-mongering to inform that his case could possibly also lead to “deportation hearings,” which didn’t appear plausible since my father has been a legal, permanent, resident for over 30 years. She then informed of the outrageous cost that would be allocated to each service, which would account to a total of $10K. She didn’t care about the actual quality of the services being rendered but instead just wanted to initiate the process and receive payment. She literally kept rushing my parents throughout the entire meeting. My parents objected to her recommendations, but she continued to assert. My parents were a little perplexed but still decided to give them a try, so they paid $1,995 as a downpayment to initiate the process. However, things took a drastic turn when they realized other hidden fees within the contract, so they called to inquire further, which is when Fatemi demonstrated his abhorrent, unprofessional, behavior. Fatemi yelled and insulted my parents during the conversation, didn’t allow them the chance to speak, and kept spewing rude remarks. He specifically told them that they were stupid and uninformed and said they had no idea what they were communicating. It was literally one of the most humiliating experiences they had ever encountered, as my parents are intelligent, hard-working, individuals who have decency and competency. Fast forward to nearly a year later, my father is an official US citizen, which he attained WITHOUT legal representation or renewing his green card. My dad’s case was also complex, but USCIS approved his case and allowed him the ability to swear in without issues. The fact that my father was able to become a naturalized citizen without legal representation, amid his circumstances, proves that Fatemi and his associates were only focused on capital gain instead of providing logical sound guidance. I want to bring awareness to the deceptive schemes practiced by this firm by advising anyone with legal residency to consider bypassing the services of this practice and try applying online. USCIS will inform you of the necessary documentation they require. Don’t allow their fear-mongering to pressure you into wasting your hard-earned money toward their representation. My parents wasted $1,995 and didn’t receive service or representation from Fatemi, so I want to inform others of this mishap, so they don’t have to endure through the humiliation and disrespect my parents experienced.

I would like to recommend this law office for the great job they did for me again. Recently, I was in a car accident. I was injured pretty badly, missed many days from work, and had extensive medical bills.
