Poor experience and I don't recommend this lawyer. She managed to make me uncomfortable from the moment we talked on the phone up until our meeting in her office. Angelina is a dry, rude old lady that has a big chip on her shoulder - acts and talks like she knows it all, including your own personal life and issues. During our talk, she started asking questions about my family that I didn't have the answers, and she called me misinformed. When I reflected her behavior to her, she treated me like a lying unruly child. With her two fingers pointing to her ears, she implied I was not listening - some type of condescending sign language, when in reality I was. I just didn't have in me anymore to keep talking to lawyer that behaves like a jerk and I shut down. What kind of professional that deals with people with disabilities acts like that? I felt so frustrated with her disrespect that I started crying and she didn't even cared or offered a tissue. She is the worst! Never going back and I urge you to not waste you time.

Angelina herself is professional but the rest of the staff is incredibly disorganised. My case was dropped due to not being able to contact me when I had given my information on numerous occasions but the staff had failed to write it down. I understand that mistakes happen but multiple times is unacceptable especially for a law firm. My rate is a 1 star because I only talked to Angelina once during the entire year I was with them when and that was to tell me they were going to drop my case. Sorry Angelina, you seem to have it together but your team is only as good as your weakest player.
