This is my Mother’s second time dealing with an attorney who doesn’t give any answers and no one knows anything and she is spending alot of money in this case just to loose it all again. Every time she wants to speak with the assistant or the lawyer she’s always at a meeting and says she will call back but never does nor answers her messages. It’s very frustrating that she has to be going through this AGAIN and spend twice the money. She has done everything on her end to turn in all the paperwork and no update on where her documents have been sent or even track where it is exactly. What a waste of an investment to get nothing but oh with payments they are really good at taking it asap

Is always so hard to get in touch with anyone in this office and when you do they say they will call you back but they never do. I have been trying to address an issue for several months now and still no answers to my concerns. Seriously. You need to improve your customer service or is it you have so many clients already that you don’t care about the new ones...
