Waterloo, Iowa is the county seat and largest city of Black Hawk County. Situated along the banks of the Cedar River, it borders several other communities such as Cedar Falls, Evansdale, and Hudson. Waterloo is approximately 90 miles northeast of Des Moines and easily reached via Interstate 380.
Waterloo is home to the John Deere Tractor & Engine Museum, which honors the company's history and contributions to agriculture.
