I would highly recommend Neil Hallinan if you are looking for a responsive and very competent defense attorney. I was recently charged with felony sexual assault over a holiday weekend in San Francisco. Mr. Halinan made himself available and came to my aid. This was a very busy three day holiday weekend and he showed up big time for me. The DA was recommending no bail and the charge carried significant penalties. Mr Halinan was able to obtain bail and then he went to work. Using well thought out and highly professional investigative skills and questioning, Neil got to the bottom of the false accusations. He was thorough, methodical and down right exceptional. Ultimately , using experience and a deep knowledge of the issues and the system, Neil made the DA realize there was no chance of winning this case due to a significant amount exculpatory evidence he had corroborated and put together.
